## When to use this
- Someone asks for a coffee run to P0.
- A drink order needs to be collected from the P0 floor and brought back.

## Prerequisites
- [REQUIRED] access card needed to reach P0. Must be visible at all times.
- [OPTIONAL] a container / tray for carrying multiple cups. Can be fetched from brødboden or one of the other bods in P0.
- [BØRSBAREN ONLY] Payment method (Card / Vipps Tæpp / Apple Pay / Garmin Pay) + Coverage on account. Transfer from holding account if necessary.

## Step 1 — Take the order
Collect from each requester:
- Drink type (e.g. espresso, americano, latte, cappuccino, tea, hot water).
- Size / strength.
- Milk / sugar / extras.

## Step 2 — Route to P0
- Firstly, locate the elevator room in your floor. This can be done by consulting a colleague, or finding a floor plan. Once you have arrived in the elevator room, go to the silver box on the wall, around 1 meter up from floor height. This is elevator floor terminal. At this terminal, press 0 for P0. Take note of the number that comes up on the screen. This is the identifying number of the elevator you are going to ride. Position yourself strategically in front of the elevator entrance with the corresponding number. Exit the elevator or stairs room and you find yourself on the correct floor.

## Step 3 - option A — Make / collect the drinks yourself
- There are three coffee machines of note in P0. The first can be found by the wardrobes on the southwest side of P0. This is the preferred machine if in the west building, or arriving from the south side of the middle building. The second machine is northwest, near the main entrance to the east building, and is therefore the natural option when arriving in P0 from that building. The third and final machine is in the southeast, and is the natural choice when arriving through the east building's southern stairs or service elevator.

## Step 3 - option B - Buy coffees from Børsbaren
- If you are feeling generous, or have been told to fetch coffee from someone ranking above you (either organizationally, socially, or physically), it is customary to purchase coffee from Børsbaren. Coffees here run at around 40-50 kr each. Whilst the machine-coffees in P0 are simple, black-only (with optional milk / sugar), Børsbaren has a larger variety of cofffees, such as kaffe mokka, latte, americano, etc. Anything you would expect from a regular barista.

## Step 4 — Return and hand out
- Carry safely (tray, lids on).
- Match drinks back to requesters using the order notation from Step 1.
- Sebastian-check: If one of the coffee-orderers is Sebastian, give him his coffee first.

## Edge cases
- Machine out of order. Often an issue in the summer, where the only maintained machine is the one in the southwest corner of P0.
- Børsbaren closed for the day. It is only open from 7-15 Monday through Friday.
- P0 access temporarily restricted. Sometimes an issue due to scheduled conferences. Check sharepoint for this schedule.
- General strike from Sodexo. Børsbaren will be unavailable, and the machines maintenance may be impacted.
- Requester unreachable on return. Drink the coffee yourself.

## Output
- Return the coffee to the requestors.
